Kaseya BMS integration allows you to create tickets in BMS from Narmada QBR controls as well get visbility into all tickets in BMS
To get started you need to create an administrator level account in BMS
Follow these steps to create the API user.
Then navigate to Narmada -> Integrations ->Kaseya BMS and add a new integration connection where you need to enter the server name, user and password as well as the BMS account name.

Map clients between BMS and Narmada
You can now create tickets in BMS from QBR controls
Under Tickets ->Kaseya BMS you can also see all tickets created in BMS from Narmada as well as all tickets direclty created in BMS
