Go to Settings -> User Roles and create different roles depending on the scope and level of permissions you want your internal and or external users to have.
Here you can add/remove section the user will see as well as permissions level (Read only, Add, Edit and Delete)
Then go to Settings -> Users to create new user.
Select if the use will have access to all clients in the account by selecting the tenant or access to only some users. In such case DO NOT select the tenant and only pick specific clients
Do not select Tenant and Client at the same time. If you assign a user to the Tenant that user will have access to all clients
- Assign a predefined role
- Enable weekly reports and/or alerts
- Type in a temp password
After you click Save, an activation email will be sent to the user and they will need to reset the password and setup MFA
Here you can also reset users MFA and password if they forget it later on.
