Creating Tickets in PSA

Go to the Integrations section and set up integration with your PSA tool.

Go to QBR Audit section and on n the right-hand side panel you can add a new ticket that will be associated with the current control.

 

You can then see all tickets you created from Narmada in your PSA by navigating to Tickets -> Your PSA

 

If you want to see all tickets, that were created directly on in your PSA and filter them out by status, use the toggle to switch the view
