Creating Tickets in PSA


Go to the Integrations section and set up integration with your PSA tool.

Go to QBR Audit section and on n the right-hand side panel you can add a new ticket that will be associated with the current control.

You can then see all tickets you created from Narmada in your PSA by navigating to Tickets -> Your PSA

You also see all tickets that were created directly on in your PSA and filter them out by status by using the toggle switch and page filter
